The exact numbers involved for both change according to the difference between the two levels. If your combat level is higher than an enemy's combat level, it increases the damage you deal and decreases the damage you receive, an obvious advantage that ensures players can easily deal with minions that are "beneath them". Combat rating itself is a stat that both represents all your combined power, and influences your performance in combat. Your combat rating in Diablo Immortal is determined, as mentioned, the following factors:īy improving all of these, players boost their combat rating. This is another idiotic stupid move by Blizzard, if they are going to push cursed gears only then they should get rid of the Warband ancestral weapon portion altogether.(Image credit: Blizzard Entertainment) Combat Rating in Diablo Immortal explained Right now the only place you may still be able to find legendary with ancestral property is doing the Castle purge but that too is very very rare.

Used to be able to one shot the entire pack on top of H8 Mount Zavain in 1 second with 0 monster left behind, now will leave a few on the outer edge of pack. I now wear 6 pieces of cursed gear with dark void 25% damage which is nowhere as damaging as the ancestral weapon damage. I lost 24000+ corpse explosion damage since I no longer wear or can find any legendary gears with ancestral invocation. Used to be useful but now basically worthless as most legendary drops are either cursed or with no ancestral property. These are ancestral weapons which each WB member can put in their own slot for extra damage boost when the ancestral invocation is triggered. Right off the bat you will want to do a lot of #1 in order to get at least one good relic set for whatever room you choose to use. You generally want at least a team of 4 to do it. This can be done as many times as you want but can take quite a while especially if you are pretty strong. The better you do the better the rewards and there is a leaderboard (though the rewards for that are crap). "Endless" Defense which is the same as #2 but as the name implies, it is endless waves of mobs you face until it gets so hard you fail.

Only do-able once a week but good rewards.

"Normal" Defense which is basically a castle-defense style mode where you endure waves of mobs until it is over. Warband members can pick a room and get the buffs associated to that room. Purge the Depths where you run around opening chests and killing mini-bosses which give you relics that allow you to buff the rooms in the castle. There are three different things you can do in the castle of cyrangar.
